Account Executive (Telesales)

Location: Coventry (Hybrid )
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday 0900-1700

You’ll take the lead on outbound calls to warm and self-sourced leads, guiding customers through how our innovative solutions can transform their communications — all while building trust and sustainable business relationships.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Making outbound calls to customers and prospects to sell our products and services

  • Explaining product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and confidently

  • Negotiating packages and closing sales with a focus on sustainable, repeat business

  • Accurately entering customer information into our CRM (Hubspot)

  • Following up leads from campaigns and keeping your pipeline healthy

  • Supporting colleagues by arranging sales calls and meetings where needed

  • Staying up to date on our products, market trends, and best practice

  • Taking part in sales huddles, contributing ideas, and fostering a positive team culture

What we’re looking for:

  • A proven track record in telesales or outbound sales

  • Confident selling IT/SaaS-based solutions and experience in solution-based selling

  • Knowledge of client communication markets or similar industries (desirable)

  • Skilled in managing a sales pipeline and meeting revenue objectives

  • Excellent communication skills — both verbal and written

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team

  • Experience using CRM systems to track and manage client information
