Elevation People Solutions are excited to be recruiting on behalf of a rapidly expanding automotive manufacturing company based in Coventry. Due to continued growth and increased demand, our client is seeking Automotive Assembly Operatives to join their dynamic team on temporary basis with a view to permanent. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an innovative and forward-thinking business within the automotive industry.
We are looking for motivated individuals with a strong background in automotive assembly or manufacturing, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
· Assemble automotive components and systems according to technical specifications.
· Use a range of hand tools, air tools, and assembly equipment safely and efficiently.
· Conduct quality checks to ensure components meet company and industry standards.
· Read and interpret basic technical drawings and work instructions.
· Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines.
· Adhere strictly to health and safety procedures and company policies.
· Support continuous improvement activities within the assembly area.
· Previous experience working within an automotive or manufacturing assembly environment.
· Good manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude.
· Ability to follow detailed instructions and work with minimal supervision.
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
· Good understanding of health and safety practices.
· Flexibility to adapt to different tasks and production needs.
· A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
