Elevation People Solutions is proud to be partnering with a precision engineering business  based in Rugby, to recruit a Business Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to work in a varied and fast-paced environment supporting operations across production, sales, purchasing and finance.

Business Administrator Key Responsibilities

·        Input and maintain production orders and job packs within the MRP system.

·        Support the Commercial and Sales team with customer quotations, CRM updates and order tracking.

·        Assist the Finance team with purchase ledger accuracy and month-end reports.

·        Liaise with suppliers for material and subcontract pricing.

·        Maintain company records including H&S documentation, policy updates, and internal communications.

·        Coordinate planning reports and contribute to production and KPI data.

·        Engage in continuous improvement activities and ensure audit-ready documentation.

Business Administrator will bring:

·        Prior experience in an administration role (manufacturing or engineering sector desirable).

·        Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel, Word and Outlook.

·        Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.

·        Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.

·        Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and document accuracy.

·        Positive, proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset.

·        Ability to work independently as well as part of a wider team.
