Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver best-in-class motor repair services, adhering to approved repair methods.
- Maintain accurate health and safety records, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Work collaboratively to achieve productivity targets and contribute to a proactive resource plan.
- Facilitate an effortless customer experience by delivering quality and timely repairs.
- Manage on-site vehicle receival and handover procedures.
- Produce high-quality repairs in line with business targets and customer volumes.
- Contribute to the financial and commercial targets of the production workshop.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Previous experience in multi-skilled vehicle body repair (Paint, Panel & MET).
- Minimum NVQ Level 3 in specific department competence.
- ATA cosmetic accreditation (preferred but not essential).
- Ability to maintain high standards of vehicle repairs and coordinate effectively with team members and suppliers.
- Accurate assessment and administration of customer vehicles and courtesy car fleet.
