Hours: 0900-1700 Monday to Friday

Salary: £13.00 per hour

Elevation People Solutions are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of an internationally recognised automotive manufacturing company based in Coventry. Due to increased expansion and workload, this is an exciting opportunity to join a world-renowned organisation at their state-of-the-art facilities.

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to support our client’s operations. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth running of the office by managing administrative tasks, supporting staff, and maintaining efficient office processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing office supplies, inventory, and ensuring equipment maintenance

  • Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls

  • Organising and maintaining office records and documentation

  • Coordinating meetings, appointments, and office events

  • Providing administrative support to various departments as required

  • Assisting with financial tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking,

  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

  • Liaising with vendors, clients, and service providers as needed

  • Performing other administrative duties as assigned

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an Office Administrator, Office Manager, or similar administrative role

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
